Primary adrenal failure due to primary antiphospholipid syndrome

Introduction: Autoimmune adrenal injury is the most common cause of primary adrenal failure (PAF) (70–90%). Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) that characterized by thrombosis and abortus may be a reason of PAF.
